ADI Organiser1.10 - Get APK

Replace traditional paper Lesson records and Pupil progress charts with an electronic database app on your Android phone or tablet.

Integrates with the built-in Android calendar. Schedule and book lessons using the calendar to fit in with private entries (dentist/doctor, etc.) and import just the lessons into the organiser. Works alongside pre-installed calendar app on your phone or tablet, plus many other calendar apps downloadable from Google Play Store.

Easy and quick star-based assessment of topics covered within each lesson.

Plan topics for the following lesson at the end of each lesson and easily bring the plan forward into the next lesson with one touch.

Built in GPS-based speedometer you can use on your dashboard.

Journey and mileage tracking module can separate out lesson-related business journeys from private mileage and provide totals to use in calculating annual tax return.

When journey module is used, route maps of previous lessons can be displayed on screen and reviewed.

Tracking of pupil payments, block payments and pre-payments to allow easy checking of remaining hours and credit (or unpaid lessons!).

Reports to see how many lessons and hours you have done and how much money you have taken.

Report to show how much pupil money you are holding for pre-paid lessons.

Report to check pupils who haven't taken a lesson for 2 weeks so that you can chase them up as necessary or update their status.

Numerous other features and reports

FEATURES PLANNED FOR FUTURE VERSIONS INCLUDE

Restructured and improved reports with more logical content and totals.

Weekly statistics reports. Reports are currently monthly because I prefer to work in months. If you want weekly statistics please contact me or ask for it in a review.

Journey locations viewable as markers on a map, with accuracy area showing.

Minimum stop durations settable for locations. For example the corner shop at the traffic lights. At present the app has no way to know if you were just waiting for the lights or stopped at the shop. A single setting (default 20 seconds) applies to all stops.

And lots more with your support.
